The Human Resources division was established in 2017 to assist the Ministry in facilitating administrative support in human resources policies and compliance, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, assessment, and rewarding of employees. It fosters an environment that supports, sustains and develops the well-being of the employees through training and development opportunities and employee engagement.
